No returns will be accepted without an approved RMA from our Returns Department for defective items (i.e. items that have not been abused, misused, or altered) will be accepted. Any unit more then 90 days old will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all RMA shipments.
Write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping box as well as reference it in your shipping documents.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
